    Not all file types are support in Springboards and there are restrictions to how big files can be.

    Where files can be uploaded and supported types

    1. Chat
      1. Text: pdf, txt, csv, md, html, json
      2. Images: png, jpeg
    2. Session Instructions
      1. Text: pdf, txt, csv, md
      2. Images: png, jpeg
    3. Boards (e.g., Personas Explorer)
      1. Text: csv

    Restrictions

    1. Uploading large files to either the Instructions or Chat can result in them being rejected from our servers. Please reach out to us directly if you run into challenges here and need assistance.
