Intro to Workspaces

Everything you do in Springboards takes place in a workspace. It's how you organise your work exactly the way you want — as just one person, together as a team, or across a whole company.

    Areas Within a Workspace

    Sessions

    1. This is where work happens. Each session is a mini project that contains all of the chat generations, prompt settings, and curated highlights/canvas you might have created.
    2. Sessions can be shared with other users in your workspace.

    Dashboard

    1. This is where you can view and manage all of your sessions.
    2. You can also create new sessions from here.

    Settings

    1. This is where you can modify your own user settings.
    2. If you are an admin of a workspace you can also modify its settings (e.g., name).
    3. Admins can also manage users and billings from here.

    Workspace Details

    Users

    1. Users belong to a workspace if they hold a seat in that workspace.
    2. Users can belong to multiple workspaces at the same time.

    Plans

    1. A workspace is on a single plan at any one time.
    2. The plan, number of users, and billing frequency is used to determine how much you are charged.
