Set your context once and use it everywhere.

You’ll find your Profile at the top of the control panel on the left. This is where you drop in the context that guides Springboards during your session. You can drop in a PDF brief and add additional details like product, positioning, tone, audience and RTBs.

Profiles can also be saved and shared across your team, to keep everyone consistent and in sync.

Here’s how to get the most of Profiles:

📎 Drop in a supporting doc Start by uploading a product or brand brief, guidelines, or a background doc. It adds depth and direction instantly.

🔎 Use the structured fields for clarity Add additional details like product, tone, audience, and RTBs. The more specific you are here, the sharper your outputs will be.

Combine, don’t repeat The uploaded doc and fields work together. Use both to cover different angles, not to say the same thing twice.

💾 Save what works If your profile setup is delivering great results, save it and reuse it across sessions.

♻️ Share to stay in sync Shared profiles help your whole team speak the same creative language. No more off-brief detours.

How to use Profiles (step-by-step):

  1. Open the Profile: Click the ➕ icon in the left-hand control panel.
  2. Choose your setup: You can either load an existing Profile (saved by you or shared by your team) or build a new one in your session and save it for future use.
  3. Add your context: Upload a PDF doc, use the structured fields, or do both to shape your Profile.
Note: At the moment, Profiles only support uploading 1 document at the time. Use the additional fields below the document to add more details if required.
  1. Save and share: Once it’s set, give it a name and save. You can share Profiles with your team, and the original creator can keep updating it as things evolve. If you tweak a shared profile, you’ll be prompted to save it as a new one.
  2. Use it anywhere: Your Profile powers boards automatically. In Chat, just select the notebook icon to turn it on. You can update your Profile anytime as your direction evolves.
